B- Return Policy

We do not accept returns for international orders unless you have enough reason for returning the order.

In order to return any order you must consider the following points:

1. You will have to mention a good reason for return within maximum of 7 days of receiving the goods.
2. There is 10% restocking fee charge, deducted of your actual bill value. 
3. Shipping & other import tax fees are totally not refundable. 
4.  Any usage / missing / damaged return goods will be not acceptable.

C- Delivery & shipping:

1. All jewelry orders will usually be shipped to you within 5 -10 working days, depending on your location.
2. We will send you the shipping reference number once we ship it.
3. Jewelryheavens  is not responsible for any additional charge corresponds to the import taxes laid out in each country's current legislation.
